K Valley Horse Treks invites you to experience an exhilarating horse trek through beautiful bush vistas and amazing mountain top views.

For the less experienced, try our wonderful river treks or flat paddock riding whilst enjoying a short commentary on the history of The Kauaeranga Valley.

We are situated at the entrance of one of the most popular tourist destinations in Thames. The Kauaeranga Valley is steeped in history with relics from the logging days still visible in many areas. Superb walking trails, swimming holes, and of course the magnificent Pinnacles Walk are just some of the attractions for International and New Zealand visitors.

The Dept. of Conservation Centre located further up the valley offers various camping grounds, information, etc. For the more relaxed visitor try our various Bed & Breakfast & homestays.
